Lest bitte zuerst gerne meinen&nbsp;<a href=\"\/de\/reisetipps-la-gomera\/\">Hauptartikel<\/a>, wenn ihr das noch nicht gemacht habt!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Top 4 Wanderungen und Ausfl\u00fcge im Nationalpark<\/h2>\n<h3>1.&nbsp;Nationalparkzentrum<\/h3>\n<p>Um sich optimal f\u00fcr den Nationalpark vorzubereiten, empfehle ich zuerst den Besuch des Nationalparkzentrums. Das hat seinen Teil dazu beigetragen, dass sich die Waldbr\u00e4nde 2012 und 1984 so stark ausbreiten konnten. El Cedro durch den Wasserstollen<\/h3>\n<p>Im Hochtal beim Weiler El Cedro kann man am besten den Lorbeerwald bewundern. Normalerweise startet man beim Parkplatz El Contedero. (Man kann sogar mit dem Auto nach El Cedro fahren, was ich aber nur f\u00fcr geheingeschr\u00e4nkte Personen empfehle.)<\/p>\n<p>Wir haben den abenteuerlichen Zugang durch den 550m langen Wasserstollen gew\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bernhardherzog.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/02\/elcedro_tunnel.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15467\" src=\"https:\/\/bernhardherzog.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/02\/elcedro_tunnel.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"876\" height=\"708\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bernhardherzog.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/02\/elcedro_tunnel.jpg 876w, https:\/\/bernhardherzog.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/02\/elcedro_tunnel-300x242.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bernhardherzog.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/02\/elcedro_tunnel-768x621.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 876px) 100vw, 876px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Im Internet wird empfohlen, dass man diesen Tunnel mit wasserdichten Wanderschuhen oder noch besser mit Gummistiefeln macht.<\/p>\n<p>Wir haben uns entschieden, ihn mit Sandalen bzw. Badeschlapfen zu machen, da das Wasser am Eingang bereits etwas h\u00f6her als der Schaft unserer Wanderschuhe war. F\u00fcr den R\u00fcckweg zum Auto sind wir \u00fcber den Berg gegangen (und nicht durch den Stollen), wir wollen uns nicht ganz verk\u00fchlen. Praktischerweise mussten wir nur mehr hinuntergehen.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Fortaleza<\/h3>\n<p>Der Fortaleza ist ein weithin sichtbarer Tafelberg. Er kann schnell erstiegen werden, wenn man von Pav\u00f3n losgeht. Er ist sonst nicht schwierig, da Stufen in den Stein geschlagen wurden. Alto de Garajonay<\/h3>\n<p>Das ist der h\u00f6chste Punkt der Insel. Man kann ihn sehr schnell erreichen, wenn man von der Stra\u00dfenkreuzung Pajarito weggeht. Bald sieht man nach Norden gar nichts mehr und schlie\u00dflich versinkt auch der S\u00fcden und der ganze Gipfel im Nebel. Deswegen sollte man sehr fr\u00fch am Tag auf diesen Gipfel gehen oder viel Gl\u00fcck mitbringen.
