Xiaomi stellt den besten und preiswertesten E-Scooter her, den Mi M365. Xiaomi ist das, was Apple eigentlich sein sollte, innovativ. Ich habe 178cm bei leider 80kg, <strong>will daher abnehmen und fit werden<\/strong>. Lest gerne weiter, ob mir <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2SU97DG\">der Fitness-Tracker<\/a> dabei hilft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Update 2021: <\/strong>Xiaomi hat das <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2QKlYLG\">Mi Band 6<\/a> rausgebracht. F\u00fcr die <strong>GPS<\/strong>-Aufzeichnung ist das Smartphone erforderlich. Die App ist seit kurzem auf <strong>deutsch<\/strong> und die Anzeige am Band ebenfalls. Alternativ gibt es die App &#8222;Notify &amp; Fitness for Mi Band&#8220;. Ich kann so z.B. Facebook-Messenger-Nachrichten lesen, ohne dass ich das Smartphone nehmen muss. Oder das Band <strong>vibriert<\/strong>, wenn der Timer am Smartphone abgelaufen ist. (Stelle ich im Fitnessstudio auf 90 Sekunden, damit ich nach jedem Satz eine Pause mache.) Man kann durch die alten Nachrichten bl\u00e4ttern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Man muss den Workout stoppen (lang halten).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2QfLkgG\">Mi Band 5<\/a> hat noch mehr Workouts zur Auswahl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Schlafphasen \u00fcberwachen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Man kann einstellen, zu welcher Uhrzeit sich das Band nicht aktivieren soll (z.B. zwischen 22-7 Uhr). Das <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2SU97DG\">Band<\/a> <strong>\u00fcberwacht den Schlaf<\/strong> und man kann sich am n\u00e4chsten Tag die Schlafphasen anschauen (Tiefschlaf\/Leichtschlaf\/Wach). Uhrzeit\/Datum\/Wecker\/Timer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2SU97DG\">Band<\/a> kann nat\u00fcrlich die <strong>Uhrzeit<\/strong> anzeigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um die Anzeige zu aktivieren, muss man das <strong>Handgelenk drehen<\/strong>. Die Anzeige erfolgt mit einer kleinen <strong>Verz\u00f6gerung<\/strong>. Es ist zweifellos <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2SU97DG\">das beste Armband<\/a> am Markt. Aber es gibt noch Luft nach oben. Ich freue mich auf die 5. Version. Inzwischen wird es mir f\u00fcr meine Ziele sehr viel n\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Update 2021: <\/strong>Xiaomi hat das <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2QKlYLG\">Mi Band 6<\/a> rausgebracht. Es ist etwas gr\u00f6\u00dfer als das Mi Band 4, hat aber in meinen Augen sonst keine wirklichen Verbesserungen zu bieten (z.B. eben keinen Always On Bildschirm). Das Akku ist sogar etwas kleiner, daf\u00fcr ist der Bildschirm einen Tick gr\u00f6\u00dfer und man kann den Tracker laden, ohne dass man ihn vom Band befreien muss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe mir auch noch <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2BlSMD2\">13 Ersatzarmb\u00e4nder<\/a> bestellt. So kann ich sie nach Outfit und Laune variieren.
